U9play Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using u9play's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by u9play via https://u9play.bio or the official mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and u9play as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.
The u9play platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on u9play. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. u9play will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
Identity verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Users must provide valid identification documents upon request. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account freeze.
- Registration details must include your full legal name and a valid phone number.
- One account per person, one phone number per account.
- Users are responsible for keeping their account information current whenever changes occur.
- Sharing your account with any other party is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the u9play platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). u9play accepts deposits via approved local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, Maybank, and CIMB. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change from time to time.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for each payment method. If a deposit is not credited within the expected period, users should contact customer support with valid proof of transaction.
Winnings may be withdrawn once your account has been fully verified. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected and are subject to internal security checks. u9play reserves the right to hold withdrawals while verification is in progress to ensure compliance with our fraud prevention policy.
Any attempt to manipulate the transaction process — including the use of fraudulent payment details or deposit fraud — will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Users agree to use the u9play platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any activity that contravenes the law is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
U9play does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions or errors. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, or third-party network issues.
U9play's liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by the user into their account within the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. u9play is not liable for any loss of profits, indirect damages, or consequential losses.
- The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing accounts or transferring balances to other users without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for all activities that take place under their account.
5. Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property

U9play reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of any term in this document, suspected suspicious activity, or a request from the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts have been suspended are not entitled to claim compensation for any opportunity losses incurred during the suspension period.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to an internal investigation. Users whose accounts are closed for reasons other than a violation are entitled to withdraw their remaining balance once the verification process is complete.
Intellectual Property
All content on the u9play platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of u9play and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, or reuse any platform content without prior written consent from u9play.
Third-Party Links
The u9play platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. u9play is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
U9play reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this website. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the latest version.
Continued use of the u9play platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes the user's acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amendments, you should stop using the platform and contact customer support to close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the u9play platform shall be resolved through a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism or through the jurisdiction of a competent Malaysian court.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these terms, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
